Accounting Coordinator

This position requires individuals to be able to work in the Greeley, CO office.  Telecommuting is not an option.


Job Description:

The Accounting Coordinator plays a key role in keeping our financial operations organized and running smoothly. CIC is looking for a professional, “multi-tasking” individual with excellent customer service and communication skills.  The Accounting Specialist is responsible for general accounting (AP / AR / PR), contract development and tracking, and general administrative functions.
 

Core Responsibilities:

  • Process Daily, Weekly, and Monthly Accounts Receivables including daily deposits, generating invoices, and preparing monthly statements.
  • Process Bi-Monthly Accounts Payables
  • Process Bi-Monthly Payroll include maintaining time and job journals, transmittal of payroll taxes, and processing year end W-2s.
  • Process and follow-up on monthly support agreements.
  • Prepare standard customer contracts / exhibits / letters of agreements.
  • Process orders for customers and CIC internal hardware and software.
  • General Administrative functions including but not limited to preparing marketing materials for customer conferences, filing, distributing incoming / outgoing mail, and general setup / cleanup of conference rooms for meetings.

Required Skills:

  • AA / AS in Accounting
  • 3-5 years of experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.

Bonus Skills and Experience:

  • 1 – 2 Years’ Experience with Navision Financial Software

Education Peopleware Support Coordinator

This is a telecommuting / remote employment position however prospective employees must be located in one of CIC’s territory states – Colorado, Illinois, Iowa, Kansas or Missouri


Job Summary:

CIC is looking for Peopleware Support Coordinators with excellent communication and people skills to support our web-based student management software for K-12 School Districts.

Core Responsibilities:

  • Learn CIC’s products (Infinite Campus and Tableau) and act as a Support Resource for CIC’s Customer Help Desk system.
  • Resolve an average of 10 – 15 Support Calls per day with an average response time of 35 minutes or less and an average resolution time of 35 minutes or less.
  • Ensure that customer support calls are handled in a timely manner and do not lie stagnant for more than 72 business hours.
  • Ensure that less than 10% of total calls are escalated to external resources.
  • Handle / resolve after hours support calls as necessary.

Required Skills:

  • Degree in Secondary Education, Accounting or equivalent experience required
  • 1-2 years of Technical Support experience
  • Knowledge of Servers or PC networking
  • Candidate must have experience in Microsoft Office environment and tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a strong ability to communicate effectively with customers and internal staff.

System Administrator Support

Work Environment:

This position is an in-office position working from the Greeley, CO office.

Job Summary:

Are you a natural problem solver with expertise in solving hardware and network issues? Do you enjoy sharing your expertise with a variety of technical levels of users? If so, we have just the opportunity for you!  The System Administrator I position is responsible for installing and supporting in-house and customer hardware, operating system / connectivity, and application software.  This exciting and challenging position will put you in a position to directly impact the productivity of our employees and customers.   

Core Responsibilities:

  • Maintaining and optimizing CIC’s network and Cloud performance for customer remote processing.
  • Technical support for CIC personnel and customers with hardware, software, and connectivity issues.
  • Maintains quality service by following organizational standards.
  • Manage disaster recovery and back-up.
  • Create and maintain network users/permissions.
  • Maintain servers and associated hardware, applications, services, and settings.
  • Completing software and hardware installation projects for CIC personnel and customers.

Required Skills:

  • Degree in MIS or Computer Science or relevant professional work experience.
  • Experience installing and supporting connectivity of File Servers, PC’s, Scanners, Switches and Routers in a Windows Networking Environment.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a strong ability to communicate effectively with customers and internal staff.
  • Ability to multi-task and manage multiple priorities.

  • Experience with Firewalls

Software Development Manager

  • Functions as the technical point of contact for partners

Required Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, computer engineering, or comparable work experience.

Technical Development Specialist - Government Team

  • Key Responsibilities:

Required Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • 5-7 years of experience in software development, support, or a related role.
  • 5-7 Years of VB.NET (.NET Forms with Visual Basic programming language) experience
  • 5-7 Years MS SQL Server Database experience
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with a focus on debugging and troubleshooting.
  • Proficiency in writing and maintaining code in multiple programming languages.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
