Job Summary:
CIC is looking for Peopleware Support Coordinators with excellent communication and people skills to support our web-based student management software for K-12 School Districts.
Core Responsibilities:
Learn CIC’s products (Infinite Campus and Tableau) and act as a Support Resource for CIC’s Customer Help Desk system.
Resolve an average of 10 – 15 Support Calls per day with an average response time of 35 minutes or less and an average resolution time of 35 minutes or less.
Ensure that customer support calls are handled in a timely manner and do not lie stagnant for more than 72 business hours.
Ensure that less than 10% of total calls are escalated to external resources.
Handle / resolve after hours support calls as necessary.
Required Skills:
Degree in Secondary Education, Accounting or equivalent experience required
1-2 years of Technical Support experience • Knowledge of Servers or PC networking
Candidate must have experience in Microsoft Office environment and tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook).
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a strong ability to communicate effectively with customers and internal staff.
Bonus Skills and Experience:
Experience in working with K-12 Education software products.
Salary Range:
$37,500 to $55,500 / year depending on experience and qualifications
Government Peopleware Coordinator

The Peopleware Coordinator position is responsible for managing customer software implementations for small to large
City and County customers. Peopleware Coordinators / Specialists work with the Customers and CIC Management to
achieve implementation expectations, resolve conflicts, coordinate and schedule training and bring customers to go-live on
our products.
Core Responsibilities:
Participate in Transition Planning Meetings with CIC Resource Development / Marketing staff and Customers
Develop and manage Transition Plans based on project budgets, deliverables, timelines and requirements.
Demonstrate strong decision making and communication skills.
Monitor installation and training for customer satisfaction and resolve project scheduling and customer conflicts
Deliver training via online tools and in-person to customers
Document and communicate issues reported in training by customers and escalate as appropriate
Respond and resolve customer software issues via CIC’s Customer Service Support Helpdesk when not conducting training
Required Skills:
Degree in Accounting, Business, or Equivalent Experience
Excellent communication skills, with a strong ability to communicate effectively with executive level management as well as City and County Government leadership.
Ability to multi-task and manage multiple priorities
Ability to travel up to 30% of time worked annually

Technical Development Specialist

Core Responsibilities:
· Program for ten (10) or more simultaneous application development projects
· Complete project investigations including reporting findings and estimated hours
· Complete general and detail design specifications
· Complete coding and documentation per general and detail design specifications
· Participate in and complete unit testing / resulting object corrections as required
· Generate appropriate distribution packages and distribute / install objects for completed projects.
· Act as a technical escalation support resource for CIC client help desk
Required Skills:
