Job Description:

CIC is looking for an Administrative Assistant with excellent communication, organizational and customer relationship skills to work closely with the Education Manager and Education Team. The Administrative Assistant will have hands-on responsibility for scheduling travel, arranging meetings, handling information requests, coordinating training assignments as well as reviewing and approving communication to CIC’s customers and CIC staff. 

 Core Responsibilities:

  • Assist Education Manager by scheduling internal and external meetings and conference calls, and maintaining complex calendars as needed.

  • Produce accurate, appropriately formatted documents and correspondence.

Education Account Coordinator

The Education Account Coordinator position is responsible for managing the ongoing relationship of CIC’s customers, focusing on customer retention.  Education Account Specialists work with post-go live K-12 School District customers to manage expectations, resolve conflicts, lead ongoing status meetings, coordinate and schedule training and programming resources, and assist in sales activities.
 
Core Responsibilities:
·         Develop and maintain relationships with school district main point of contact, as well as executive-level management / K-12 district leadership.

·         Develop and manage project budgets, deliverables, timelines and requirements for post-go-live services (training and custom development).

·         Demonstrate strong decision-making skills and provide recommendations on and implement policy and process improvement opportunities.

·         Establish meeting agendas in advance of status meetings; coordinate attendees and their contributions/deliverables for each meeting; manage meeting times and topics; at the end of each meeting, document and communicate decisions made, what action items are due and by whom, when the next meeting will occur.

·         Educate and encourage full-potential use of the Infinite Campus and Tableau software products in order to maximize customer retention.

·         Identify areas of improvement and prescribe solutions to district software issues.  This includes making recommendations for purchase of additional premium products and services.

Core Responsibilities:
  • Learn CIC’s products (Infinite Campus and Tableau) and act as a Support Resource for CIC’s Customer Help Desk system.
  • Resolve an average of 10 – 15 Support Calls per day with an average response time of 35 minutes or less and an average resolution time of 35 minutes or less.
