OLR 4.4 Updates and Releases Notes
Duration: 40 minutes
This session will walk you through the new changes coming in OLR Version 4.4. Release Notes below:

1) OLR System Setting
      a. Option to upload submitted applications
      b. Option to remove emergency contact index from application
      c. Option to set race verification to Parent Identified:01
2) Add write rights are now required to both link and save changes to an application
3) OLR Status
      a. Ability to have a selected status set to un-submit for an application
      b. Ability to assign letters based on application language
4) OLR Application Summary Report - you can now select what pleats you want to be printed on the application summary
      a. Staff Processing - Household phone number has been added to the review screen
5) Staff Processing Review
      a. Notification has been added if the student was moved from the other household index
      b. Option to end date all previous households
6) Time stamp has been added to processing search screens in the date field
7) Builder
      a. Option to make question conditional based on registration year selection (field name – Student App End Year)
      b. Option to allow answer to pull into OLR application
      c. Add Identify fields – Date Entered State and US Schools now pulls and posts, secondary email will post, SSN will post
8) When parents submit their application there is now a separate message based off new or existing, to allow districts to modify next steps for new. This is located in MLE> Receipt
9) OLR Notifications can now be emailed to users in user group, not just a process alert
10) Document Upload
      a. Buttons can now be conditional
      b. Option to post document to Transportation tab
11) Email from captcha screen now populates to parent
12) Health Staff Processing - Medical and Mental Health conditions can now auto post to Campus. Medications still cannot.
13) Health Review Screen – provide summary of changes and allows reviewer to post and save.
14) Ability for emancipated students to fill out an OLR application
15) Use approved/posted date when creating primary and secondary households
16) Emergency contact – if EC is a parent/guardian of another enrolled student, phone number will not be changed on the EC record. Message added.

OLR 5.0 Updates and Release Notes (Prime)
Duration: 30 minutes
This session will walk you through the new changes coming in OLR Version 5.0 (Prime). Release Notes below:

Staff Processing
      To easily see what application window a parent clicked on in the portal, if both new & annual update are open, the type for portal applications will now say:
      Portal – New Students
      Portal – Annual Update
      School dropdown now has a not assigned option. This will allow the district to remove the requirement of someone having all schools> all calendars, to find the new student applications.
      View now displays as last, first, middle for students.
OLR Application Summary report (Census> Reports):
      If an emergency contact was removed on an annual update application, it will be noted as such on the receipt
Student Processing:
      After a student has been processed, there is now the ability to process another student on the same application.
Health Staff Processing:
      Annual update applications - added ability to see if the parent said the medication is current or not.
OLR Status:
      Added an unsubmit column to see those statuses that are set to unsubmit.
OLR System Settings:
      The screen layout/view has changed to categorize the options.
      Ability to not add the districtID to posted addresses has been added.
      New setting for ability to post household without a name. If unchecked both primary & secondary households will be created with the proper last name.
      Ability to make parents select an address from district Campus addresses.
      Ability to set the emergency contact maximums.
Document Upload:
      Ability to have the button appear if the primary address has changed.
OLR Builder:
      Ability to remove requirement for Primary Home Phone.
      Emergency Contact – ability to keep the verification pleat, but remove the address lines.
      Parent/Guardian other phone has been added to the application.
OLR Notification Editor replaces OLR Inbox Message Editor:
      The notification text field is now 50 characters & the screen will now show everything typed in the field.
OLR Configuration List Editor
      Eligible Enrollment Type – Select enrollment types to pull in for OLR
      School List Exclude – Exclude schools from school drop list (Moved from MLE)
      Exclude School Start – Exclude vocational enrollments from OLR (Moved from MLE)
      Exclude School Pull – Ability to not pull in home school enrollments (Moved from MLE)
      Medication Exclude list – (Moved from MLE)
      Condition Exclude – (Moved from MLE)
Parent Information:
      There is now a column to show if students are in an already submitted application.
Mass Re-Post Application Data:
      Now has a preview option.
Other:
      Data Change Tracker now has options for OLR
      If an email on an annual update application changes for Parent/Guardian, the new email will receive the updates
      Addressed issues with pop-up blocker for kiosk link applications
MLE:
      Shell> Instructions – ability to have different instructions for new & annual update applications
